Referral Fees are subject to clients referred receiving their income tax refunds.  Referrals are NOT paid on clients that are previous Mink Enterprise Inc clients.  Mink Enterprise Inc reserves the right NOT to pay a referral on special circumstances.  The amounts and terms of this program are subject to change without notice.  Referrals are paid on Saturdays only.  No Exception.  Referrals are NOT PAID after April 15th.  Any amounts over $600 will be subject to individuals receiving a 1099misc and will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.
